Every Tiny Ichigo piece is carefully crafted and dispatched from Mexico City through Correos de México, arriving at your doorstep via your local postal service (e.g., USPS) once it reaches your country. We ask you to understand that shipping times can sometimes be unpredictable, we truly appreciate your patience throughout this process. We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number to stay updated on your order’s journey.

Items will be shipped within 4-7 days of receiving payment. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we will contact you to inform you of the delay.
To help us serve you better, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate (ZIP code, phone number, full name, street address, and country), we kindly remind you that we are not responsible for lost parcels during this process, so tracking your order is highly recommended.
If a package is returned to us, we are happy to resend it to you at your expense. To avoid returns, we strongly recommend tracking your order periodically. Please note that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs as well as any taxes or customs fees incurred upon return.
Local customers
For those within Mexico, shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks. If you’re in need of express shipping, please feel free to send us a prepaid shipping label from your preferred courier, and we’ll take care of the rest.
International Customers
For our international customers, please remember that your packages are being shipped from Mexico, and they may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive at your location.
