Shipping
Items will be shipped within 4-7 days of receiving payment. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. All purchases are shipped from Mexico City via Correos de México and will be delivered to you through your local postal service (e.g., USPS) in your country. If a package is returned to us, we are happy to resend it to you at your expense. To avoid returns, we strongly recommend tracking your order periodically. Please note that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs as well as any taxes or customs fees incurred upon return. We are not responsible for lost parcels during this process, so tracking your order is highly recommended.

Please note that customers are responsible for any taxes, customs, or duties fees that may apply upon arrival in your destination country. Our prices do not include these fees, and we will ensure that the applicable taxes are calculated at the end of your purchase.

Sizing
We provide a range of sizes from XS to XXL to accommodate various preferences. We kindly encourage you to select your size carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds for sizing errors. All of our jewelry pieces come with a standard 5 cm extendable chain, If you find that you require a longer chain, please feel free to indicate your preference at the conclusion of your purchase, and we will gladly assist you.
Payment
We accept payments via PayPal for your convenience. Additionally, for our customers in México, we offer the option to pay through deposits and bank transfers. We appreciate your understanding that payments are required at the time of purchase, as we are unable to accommodate payment delays.
Refunds/Replacements
As a small business, we appreciate your understanding that we are unable to offer refunds. We would like to remind you that all Tiny Ichigo pieces are lovingly handmade, which may result in some minor imperfections that add to their unique charm. For items that have manufacturing defects, such as broken components or clasps, we are happy to provide replacements or repairs. However, please note that items damaged by customer handling cannot be accepted for replacements. Please remember that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when requesting replacements or repairs.
Repairs
At Tiny Ichigo, we love helping you take care of your jewelry! That’s why we’re happy to offer free repair services for all our pieces. If you ever need a repair, just reach out to us — we’re happy to help! Please keep in mind that customers are responsible for their own shipping costs when sending items in for repairs. We’re happy to replace metal components, string, and any missing beads. While we can’t replace an entire piece or missing charms, we would love to work with you on creating a custom piece reworking an old piece for an extra fee.
Custom orders
You can easily reach out to us via our contact button, email, or DM to place your order. Please remember that payment is required at the time of ordering. We understand that waiting can be challenging, so we aim to create your custom piece within 1-2 weeks. However, if you're looking for specific charms, clothing items, or materials that are out of stock, the timeline may extend to 2-4 weeks. We want to create something special for you, and when you place a custom order, we’ll put our full creativity to work while following the mood board, colors, and charms you’ve chosen. We do want to gently remind you that we can’t make changes once your piece is completed, so please take this into consideration as we make your unique piece.
